Christmas to me means reflection. I reflect on my family, my childhood, my traditions and most importantly, I reflect on the entrance of our Savior into our world to begin the process of our redemption.
Without his humble birth, there would have been no sacrificial death.

I remember my late Grandmaw Meek. She was an A/G pastor. She left our hometown of Union City and went to Chicago to do street mission work. We would visit her each Christmas and she would always have a part for me in the play. Bags of fruit, nuts and hard candy always lined the altar for those to walk by and take home after the service. I recall the street people that would walk in out of the clear blue. I still remember those moments @ Christmas.
